Conditions
1. PLACE OF BUSINESS
The Heidler Soccer Academy is based in Dresden.

2. BUSINESS PURPOSE
The business purpose of the Heidler Soccer Academy is soccer training for children from the age of 3 and the training and sighting of young soccer talents. The participants are looked after by trainers and active soccer players in regular training sessions.

3. CONTRIBUTIONS
Fees are charged for participation in the programs, which can be found in the current information brochures and on the website www.heidlersocceracademy.de.
All children up to the age of 8 are exempt from the contribution to the Soccer for Kids Dresden e.V. association. See the statutes and contribution rules of Soccer for Kids Dresden e.V.

4. REGISTRATION/TERMINATION
The registration for the units is to be made in writing, by telephone or by e-mail by one parent or both parents with legal guardianship at the specified times. The training contract with the Heidler Soccer Academy is concluded for an unlimited period and can be terminated with a notice period of one month to the end of the month. The termination must be in writing.

5. METHODS OF PAYMENT
The fees for participation are to be paid monthly by the third working day of the month at the latest. Payment is made by direct debit.
Bank fees for rejected direct debit orders will be charged to the account holder.

6. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
The condition for participation is that the participant and his/her legal guardian agree to bear any risks against the person of the participant and his/her property that result from the implementation of the training operation and no claims against persons, institutions or companies that carry out or have carried out the training operation have to raise.

If the owners of the Heidler Soccer Academy, trainers, helpers and sponsors as well as their legal representatives and vicarious agents are not at fault, claims by the participants for damage resulting from injury to life, limb and health as well as property damage and financial losses are excluded.

The owners, trainers, helpers and sponsors as well as their legal representatives and vicarious agents are only liable for intentional or grossly negligent behavior. Slightly negligent behavior only justifies liability for damage resulting from injury to life, limb and health as well as damage resulting from the violation of essential contractual obligations.

7. IMAGES
Each participant and their legal guardians agree irrevocably, factually and for an unlimited period of time to the publication of image material from the training operation, even if the participant himself is shown, without any claim to remuneration.

8. HEALTH CONDITION
The participants must be healthy and physically able to fully work under pressure. The participant and/or his/her legal guardian are obliged to inform the owners, trainers or helpers about any existing health impairments of the participant as well as about the intake of medication.

9. SUPERVISORY OBLIGATIONS
For the duration of the training units and events, including the transport of the participant, the parents transfer the supervisory duties and rights to the responsible training manager, who in turn can transfer these to his employees.

10. DECLARATION/ INSURANCE/ LIABILITY
By signing the registration form, each participant and their legal guardians declare that they have read and accepted the terms of the contract and that they are taking part at their own risk.
Each participant must have health and liability insurance through his/her legal guardian(s).

11. LACK OF TRAINING
If a training day is canceled for reasons for which the Heidler Soccer Academy is to blame (illness), there is a credit for this training session. This will be offset against the following month.
There is no training on public holidays, Christmas and New Year.
In addition, HSA reserves the right to take company holidays for 25 working days (Monday to Friday) per year.
